To ensure that the information is recorded in advance, ONE CRM provides a security database for storing KIIDs (Key Investor Information Documents) for this purpose and also offers you templates for basic information sheets for the most important financial instruments on request.

ADEQUACY & SUITABILITY OF FINANCIAL SERVICES

Recording relevant knowledge and experience of your clients to comply with the appropriateness test in the advisory and investment process is possible on the ONE PM platform. In addition, ONE PM offers e-questionnaires to assess risk capacity/tolerance.

TRANSPARENCY AND CARE FOR CUSTOMER ORDERS

In the investment process, the necessary pre-trade checks (compliance, appropriateness, suitability) and a collective order template are provided. Furthermore, a client journal can be created at the push of a button to document the client relationship, which in particular can also be used to prove and document the avoidance of conflicts of interest. The client can be given a copy of his dossier on a permanent data carrier at any time; this is ensured with a client booklet that can be retrieved at any time.

DOCUMENTATION & ACCOUNTABILITY

An e-dossier to facilitate the obligation to provide the data stored with the client is provided. The accountability filing includes several documentations: Order management & documentation to demonstrate "best execution" and equal treatment of clients, investment reporting and gross / net performance calculation. ONE PM also provides the infrastructure to provide storage and access to the automatically generated client investment reports.
