Where can I find a Portfolio’s Transactions?
The ‘Transactions’ tab gives you an overview over all of the transactions that have occured in the selected portfolio. It is also the designated area where you can add transactions manually. However, please note that you can only add and edit transactions if your portfolio is set to manual.
- Go to the ‘Portfolios’ section of ONE PM.
- Search for the portfolio whose Transactions you want to look at.
- Click on the ‘Transactions’ tab.
How can I create a new Transaction?
- Assure you are on the ‘Transactions’ tab.
- Click on ‘+Add Booking’ – a slide in window appears.
- Choose a booking type and add a text. These two fields are mandatory.

Each transaction type requires a different set of information. In the table below you can find the mandatory information you must add for each transaction type.

How do I fill in the ‘Amounts’ section?
Some transaction types require you to add aditional information in the ‘Amounts’ section. Normally, if this section is required the ‘Gross Amount’ field automatically appears. If you want to add more amount types, you can do this by clicking on the ‘+’ icon. This will add a new booking to which you can add new information. When you have added all of your bookings, you can add up the amounts by clicking on ‘Calculate net book values’. This will add and subtract the amounts and will calculate a net amount.

If the transaction currency and the currency in the chosen account are not the same, you must add an FX-Value to each booking. The ‘Calculate net book values’ function will calculate the net amount in account currency.
