What are roles?

To limit the actions you can undertake and the information you can see, ONE PM has set up different kind of roles. This lets you set up several users without letting everyone have access to all the data.

What is the difference between active and inactive?

Portfolios and clients can either be set to active or inactive. This can only be done by a user with the admin role. Inactive clients and portfolios do not appear in the ‘Clients’ and the ‘Portfolio’ section of ONE PM. Therefore, a user with a lesser role, such as ‘Full’ cannot interact with an inactive portfolio or client. The admin has a separate ‘Clients’ and ‘Portfolio’ tab, where he can see all the active and inactive clients and portfolios. In the ‘Admin’ section they can be set to active.
