How do I create a new Order?

  1. Go to the ‘Orders’ section of ONE PM.
  2. Click on ‘+Add Orders’.
  3. A slide in window appears. Chose a portfolio and select an asset. If the portfolio is holding the chosen asset or has related orders, they will show up in this window. Click on ‘Next’ or a portfolio to proceed.
  4. Here you can insert all the information concerning the order. You can change the BUY/SELL Option by clicking on the corresponding field. Click ‘Next’.
  5. Here you get an overview over the effects you order is going to have. For example restrictions which have been harmed will show an alert.
  6. Click on ‘Commit’! – if you want to make a change, click on ‘Change’.

How do I edit an Order?

  1. Go to the ‘Orders’ section of ONE PM.
  2. Click on the order you want to edit.
  3. A slide in window appears – click on ‘Edit’ in the top right hand corner.
  4. Edit the information you want to change.
  5. Click on ‘Save’!

How can I submit my orders?

Because orders are not automatically submitted after they have been created, they must be later submitted to the corresponding custodian. This lets you make final changes before finalizig the order. However, do not forget to submit your order to the custodian as otherwise the custodian will not be informed about your intentions. Learn how to submit your orders here.

Tips

  • Selecting an asset while creating a new order, allows for a few features:
    1. All open orders which are related to the asset show up.
    2. All portfolios which contain the chosen asset show up.
    3. Clicking on a portfolio directly opens an order for the chosen portfolio.
  • If the widget ‘Pending Orders’ is active on the Dashboard, you can create a new order directly from the Dashboard. If the widget does not appear on the dashboard you can activate it by contacting the customer support of ONE PM.
