Where can I find a Client’s Mandates?
- Go to the ‘Clients’ section of ONE PM.
- Search for the client whose mandates you want to look at.
- Click on the ‘Mandates’ tab.
How can I create new Mandates?
- Assure you are on the ‘Mandates’ tab.
- Click on ‘+Add Mandate’.
- A slide in window appears – fill in the information.
- Click ‘Save’!
How can I edit a Mandate?
- Assure you are on the ‘Mandates’ tab.
- Click on the mandate you want to edit.
- In the mandate overview click on the ‘i’ icon in the ‘Mandate’ widget.
- A slide in appears – click on ‘Edit’ in the top right hand corner.
- Edit the information you want to change
- Click ‘Save’!
