Where can I find a Client’s Mandates?

  1. Go to the ‘Clients’ section of ONE PM.
  2. Search for the client whose mandates you want to look at.
  3. Click on the ‘Mandates’ tab.

How can I create new Mandates?

  1. Assure you are on the ‘Mandates’ tab.
  2. Click on ‘+Add Mandate’.
  3. A slide in window appears – fill in the information.
  4. Click ‘Save’!

How can I edit a Mandate?

  1. Assure you are on the ‘Mandates’ tab.
  2. Click on the mandate you want to edit.
  3. In the mandate overview click on the ‘i’ icon in the ‘Mandate’ widget.
  4. A slide in appears – click on ‘Edit’ in the top right hand corner.
  5. Edit the information you want to change
  6. Click ‘Save’!
