Edit a Client

Where can I edit a Client?

Clients can either be edited through the ‘Admin’ or the ‘Clients’ section of ONE PM. Please note that you can only set a client from active to inactive and vice versa by an admin through the ‘Admin’ section. If you have not yet created a client, learn how to create one here.

How can I edit a client through the ‘Admin’ section?

  1. Go to the ‘Admin’ section of ONE PM.
  2. Click on the tab ‘Clients’
  3. Search for the client you want to edit and click on it.
  4. Change the information by editing the corresponding fields.
  5. Click on ‘Save’!

To discard the changes simply leave the editing page.

How can I edit a client through the ‘Clients’ section?

  1. Go to the ‘Clients’ section of ONE PM.
  2. Search for the client you want to edit and click on it.
  3. On the overview, click on the “i” icon on the ‘Client Overview’ widget.
  4. A slide in window shows up – change the information by editing the corresponding fields.
  5. Click on ‘Save’!

To discard the changes simply close the slide in window.
