Where can I edit a Client?
Clients can either be edited through the ‘Admin’ or the ‘Clients’ section of ONE PM. Please note that you can only set a client from active to inactive and vice versa by an admin through the ‘Admin’ section. If you have not yet created a client, learn how to create one here.
How can I edit a client through the ‘Admin’ section?
- Go to the ‘Admin’ section of ONE PM.
- Click on the tab ‘Clients’
- Search for the client you want to edit and click on it.
- Change the information by editing the corresponding fields.
- Click on ‘Save’!
To discard the changes simply leave the editing page.
How can I edit a client through the ‘Clients’ section?
- Go to the ‘Clients’ section of ONE PM.
- Search for the client you want to edit and click on it.
- On the overview, click on the “i” icon on the ‘Client Overview’ widget.
- A slide in window shows up – change the information by editing the corresponding fields.
- Click on ‘Save’!
To discard the changes simply close the slide in window.
