Where can I get an overview over all of my documents?

In the ‘Documents’ section of ONE PM you have an overview of all documents from all your clients. Here you can search for certain documents, add new ones or edit existing ones. The ‘Documents’ section can be accessed via the navigation tab.

How can I create a new document?

  1. Click on ‘+Add document’
  2. A slide in appears – fill in the information
  3. Click on ‘Save’!

How can I edit a document?

  1. Click on the document you want to edit.
  2. A slide in appears. Click on ‘Edit’. Change the information.
  3. Click on ‘Save’!

If you want to delete the document click on ‘Delete’ instead.


  • Add Tags to your Documents. You can later filter for these tags. This makes finding certain groups of documents easier.
