Where can I see a Client’s Restrictions?

The ‘Restriction’ tab is where you have an overview over the restrictions assigned to the selected client. Here you can assign and unassign restrictions to a client. Additionally, you can also create new restrictions directly from this tab.

  1. Go to the ‘Clients’ section of ONE PM.
  2. Search for the client whose restrictions you want to look at.
  3. Click on the ‘Restrictions’ tab.

How can I assign an existing Restriction to a Client?

  1. Assure you are on the ‘Restrictions’ tab.
  2. Click on ‘+Add Restriction’ – a slide in window appears.
  3. Search for a restriction in the ‘Existing restriction’ sector by using the Name drop-down field.
  4. Click ‘Assign’!

How can I create a new Restriction to assign to a Client?

You can either go to the ‘Restriction’ section of ONE PM, create a new restriction and then navigate back to the ‘Clients’ section to assign the restriction or directly create one in the ‘Restriction’ tab of ONE PM.

  1. Assure you are on the ‘Restrictions’ tab.
  2. Click on ‘+Add Restriction’ – a slide in window appears.
  3. Fill in the information in the ‘New Restriction’ sector.
  4. Click ‘Create & assign’!

How can I unassign a Restriction?

  1. Assure you are on the ‘Restrictions’ tab.
  2. Search for the restriction you want to unassign.
  3. Click on it – a slide in window appears.
  4. Click ‘Unassign’ in the top right hand corner.

How can I edit a Restriction?

  1. Assure you are on the ‘Restrictions’ tab.
  2. Search for the restriction you want to edit.
  3. Click on edit – you are redirected to the ‘Restrictons’ section of ONE PM.
  4. Here you can edit the restriction by editing the information.
  5. Click ‘Save’!
