Where can I find a Client’s Contacts?

In the ‘Contacts’ tab you can assign contacts to a selected client. This helps you keep an overview over your client’s network and you can identify their special properties such as ‘Account Holder’.

  1. Go to the ‘Clients’ section of ONE PM.
  2. Search for the client whose contacts you want to look at.
  3. Click on the ‘Contacts’ tab.

How can I assign an existing Contact to a Client?

  1. Assure you are on the ‘Contacts’ tab.
  2. Click on ‘Assign Contact’.
  3. A form appears – select a contact and fill in the additional fields.
  4. Click ‘Assign’.

How can I assign a new Contact to a Client?

  1. Assure you are on the ‘Contacts’ tab.
  2. Click on ‘Add Contact’.
  3. A slide in window appears – fill in the information.
  4. Click ‘Save’!
  5. The created contact is automatically assigned to the client.

How can I edit a Contact?

  1. Assure you are on the ‘Contacts’ tab.
  2. Click on the Contact you want to edit.
  3. A slide in window appears – click on ‘Edit’ in the top right hand corner.
  4. Edit the Information you want to change.
  5. Click ‘Save’!

Please note: You can also edit contacts through the ‘Contacts’ section of ONE PM.
